2 stars as the meat cheese rolls I ate were acceptable in taste. Unfortunately, the service was far from acceptable. I ordered 2 trucks and, as is customary in these times, I didn't want to pay by card. "Unfortunately not possible" said the employee. In my opinion, very surprising because Corona had ensured that in almost all shops for hygienic reasons paying by card is preferred, and then also at a butcher? Well, no problem, there's an ATM around the corner. Unfortunately out of order. Back at the counter, I want to make sure again whether card payment is really not possible and whether she doesn't want to try it at least once. Pampigiously I was replied that it would not work under any circumstances and that I should try to get a cash payment as soon as possible. OK, I go into the station building, withdraw € 10 with an additional fee of € 3.75 (the trucks cost € 4.60) and walk back to the counter. There is now another lady across from me and asks me how I would like to pay for it, "by card or in cash"? I ask, puzzled, why the payment by card would suddenly go, then the saleswoman replies that it was not out of order at all. Thank you, 9 € paid for 2 meatloaf rolls because of absolute incompetence ...

Butcher Dietz - Outrageous and unfriendly! I was in one of their branches, bought a small chicken mallet for 4.74 €. When I approached the saleswoman on the overpriced price, it was rude and loud. I reported to butcher Dietz over this incident by mail, as I find it an impudence that this seller deals with me as a customer, apart from the excessively overpriced price. Wilhelm Dietz, Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH); Master butcher wrote me back personally: Just do what you like. We do without such customers. There is nothing to add to that.
